The SERVE model was first introduced a decade ago by Mark Miller and Ken Blanchard in the best-selling book, THE SECRET. Using the SERVE model as a foundation, this workshop expands on each piece of the model using interactive exercises, personal assessments, engaging discussion, and practical examples.

Jenny K. Brown brings over 15 years of leadership experience in service industries from giants such as Walt Disney World, Limited Brands, Dollywood, and Chick-fil-A, as well as first-hand experience in growing and developing small, private businesses. Having both Corporate and private experience, Jenny has developed practical, relevant strategies for growing teams and businesses in today’s fast-paced world.
